Amazing view from the balcony, great for cossy dinner, very spacious place, comfy and clean minimalism. Of course one bedroom has a lack off view and window blindes are better to be closed, but we understand the architecture and the age of the building."

"Excellent location on the promenade. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent for 4 people with 2 separate bathrooms to use. Easy to get to from airport using the tram. Stop was Fabron which was only 5 mins walk around the corner from apartment. Also found it very easy to get buses nearby on promenade to Nice centre."

"There was a funny/drainage smell we noticed at times, we assumed it is coming from shower and bathroom drains. Only noticed when coming back at end of a day out. We opened the balcony doors to remove it ok. Didn’t spoil our stay."

"The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable. There’s only one small air-con in the living room/kitchen and it wasn’t powerful enough to cool down the place. The air cons in the bedrooms were ok. The check in was only at 2pm but the check out was at 10am and there was no flexibility around it. At 10:02 am the cleaner came and we had to live the flat."

"The apartment was so amazing. The view was incredible and the size of the apartment was great. The pull out couch was really uncomfortable but the other two beds were great. The floor was pretty dirty but we just wore flip flops around the apartment because of that. I honestly would recommend this apartment to anybody. We sat on the balcony every moment and had all of our meals and drinks out there. It was fantastic. The negatives are massively outweighed by the positives of the apartment. The collection of the keys was simple. Transport around Nice is easy. It is a little walk out of Nice town, about 3km but it is a nice walk"
